Return Process

  Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tools, accessories, and manuals are included to qualify for a full refund.

  Label and Ship

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
